Meet the Staff

A small, experienced team, so you see the same faces at every visit. Between us we cover musculoskeletal care, hormone therapy, functional medicine, clinical nutrition, and aesthetics — and because we work under one roof, your care is coordinated rather than handed off.

How Our Team Works Together

Alpha Care brings experienced clinicians together around one connected, patient-focused plan.

Dr. Rizzo leads the clinical evaluation, interpretation of laboratory findings, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing integrative management. His advanced expertise in metabolic endocrinology, hormone optimization, functional medicine, sports chiropractic, and clinical nutrition helps connect symptoms, laboratory patterns, body systems, and patient goals into a more complete clinical picture.

When prescription medication is part of care, our clinicians work closely together. Kiz Tosi, CNM, APRN, MSN is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife with prescriptive authority in the areas we treat. She collaborates with Dr. Rizzo on hormone and metabolic care so laboratory interpretation, clinical reasoning, prescription management, and follow-up remain coordinated.

Medical aesthetics are provided by Laura Saucedo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive healthcare experience.

The result is comprehensive integrative care from a multidisciplinary team that communicates, follows your progress, and keeps each part of your plan connected.

Dr. Rizzo leads sports injury care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, and metabolic care at Alpha Care. His approach begins with listening closely, understanding what has already been tried, and connecting symptoms, examination findings, laboratory patterns, body systems, and patient goals. When prescription medication is part of care, he works directly with the clinic's licensed prescribing clinicians so clinical direction, prescription management, and ongoing follow-up remain part of one coordinated integrative plan.

His research on micronutrient and adaptogen support in men undergoing testosterone replacement therapy has been published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Nutritional Perspectives.

A former high-level competitive powerlifter, Dr. Rizzo broke multiple national and state records, briefly holding the USPA American Record in both the squat and the bench press. He understands the importance of proper rehabilitation for injury recovery, prevention, and performance, and is now focused on delivering world-class care and better approaches to health care for generations to come. Honorary Staff

Dr. Hercules

He holds no license, sits no boards, and has never documented a single encounter. He is Dr. Rizzo's best friend and Alpha Care's honorary staff member, and his portrait supervises the clinic full time.

Every practice needs someone who is unbothered by lab results.

Not Sure Who You Need to See?

Start with a consultation and we will route you to the right provider. If you are not sure which appointment type fits, call the clinic and we will sort it out with you before you book.

Alpha Care does not bill insurance — visits are self-pay. We do code laboratory orders so that most patients can run their testing through their own insurance.
